      They care about their employees - every year they offer different initiatives to encourage employees to better themselves (like we had a fitbit contest last year) -they offer a "care" program that helps employees that may have fallen on hard times -they encourage the entrepreneurial spirit - ALL employees, not just loan officers THEY HAVE FUN! -we are always doing things to have fun, they know how important it is to smile

      Pros

      In April it will be 12 years that I have been with Cornerstone. This is a great family atmosphere in a big company. They have always supported me with the personnel, tools and programs I need to have a successfully career and family life.

      Cons

      I really cannot think of a down side to working at Cornerstone.
