I honestly have to say I love working for Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. I love how the company gives back to the employees. They actually really care about their employees. They really make you feel part of a team that is for sure. I have been here for almost 4 years and still enjoy working for such a wonderful company.

The team that you join with Cornerstone is one that is always will to teach, train, assist and build you up to make you successful in your position. I have worked a couple of good and bad places but as soon as I started with this company, I could instantly tell that things were going to be different! When you meet with Department Heads or Corporate personnel, they treat you with respect and welcome you to the family. It's not just a place to work, it's a career that can help you to obtain your life goals. If you ask a question, you will get the information that you need and the reasoning behind it. It helps you to grow and flourish in the team player that you want to be. It truly makes you want to work hard, to see the company grow so that you can grow with it. As a team we meet deadlines, we make customers happy and when we can't, we will come up with a solution that still makes our clients happy. I am proud to be a team member of such an amazing company.
