The team that you join with Cornerstone is one that is always will to teach, train, assist and build you up to make you successful in your position. I have worked a couple of good and bad places but as soon as I started with this company, I could instantly tell that things were going to be different! When you meet with Department Heads or Corporate personnel, they treat you with respect and welcome you to the family. It's not just a place to work, it's a career that can help you to obtain your life goals. If you ask a question, you will get the information that you need and the reasoning behind it. It helps you to grow and flourish in the team player that you want to be. It truly makes you want to work hard, to see the company grow so that you can grow with it. As a team we meet deadlines, we make customers happy and when we can't, we will come up with a solution that still makes our clients happy. I am proud to be a team member of such an amazing company.
Cons
I really can't think of anything that I dislike about Cornerstone Home Lending. If you don't want to work hard to meet the goal of the company, this isn't the place for you. But the hard work is so worth it when you see the smile on the families we help.
