      Pros

      This company truly cares about it's employees and about doing what is right. They take a personal interest in you. You are made to feel like you matter here. That is something often lost in big corporations like this but they have managed to hang on to it and it is wonderful. The high number of tenured employees speaks volumes for any company but especially in this particular business. I cannot say enough good things about Cornerstone. You will not be sorry you took a job here.

      Cons

      I have yet to see any "Cons" that are noteworthy. You will always find the negative if you go looking for it but the atmosphere here is different from any other place I've ever worked at. The employees actual like their jobs and seem happy to come in every day. I have to say that I feel that same way and it is a refreshing change from what has become the ordinary in many other workplaces.

      Supportive of all employees, honest, fair, competitive wages, truly cares for their employees and management is ever fun! I have been here 19 years, so obviously I like this place.

      Pros

      I have been working for Cornerstoone Home Lending for almost 4 years and that is a very long time for a Loan Processor as we as Processors seem to jump companies often. In saying that, I stay because the Company and the staff are amazing to work with; it is a blessing when you find good people who care and communicate with you everyday. When the President of the Company takes time to answer your emails no matter what, where the Underwriters are most amazing and work with you to resolve all issues, or just call to say good morning, that is so awesome. I see myself being here for a very long time and I am so grateful to have such a Wonderful Team to work with. My Loan Officers and my Closer go beyond their duty and work hand in hand with you to get the job done, I am blessed to have the best of the best to work with. Even the Loan Officers I don't work with, if I call them for advise they are always ready to help. I love Cornerstone, that's saying a lot, when most people dread their job, I consider mines a blessing. Oh did I mention I have the best Boss ever.

      Cons

      I really tried to think of a con, but honestly, I really don't have one; even the fact that I do Florida loans and live in Vegas, I get up at 4am and get to work at 5 am to be on their time does not bother me.
