      Cornerstone is a family sharing life together to make a positive difference in people's lives. It is extremely rewarding to serve others through the finance services we provide to help families achieve their dreams. With the support and entrepreneurial spirit of Cornerstone, we get to do that everyday and we do it together.

      Pros

      I worked for Cornerstone for 3 years and left due to a job opportunity I couldn’t pass up. Upon leaving, not only did my Manager wish me the best, but I got a note from the President and a personal phone call from the CEO! For them to take the time to thank me for my 3 years of service and sincerely congratulating me for my new job was astonishing! The management and people at Cornerstone really are committed to the company’s stated Mission of “making a positive difference in people’s lives”! I’ve never experienced anything like this with any of my former employers. If things don’t work out for me in my new job, the first employer call I’ll make will be to Cornerstone!

      Cons

      I just didn’t realize that the upper management team were so committed to my success in life. The President and CEO always communicated to me in notes and emails, but I think they should do more personal appearances to office locations or perhaps more personal videos to the employee, so people can realize that they really are special bosses who care.

      Pros

      I love working for Cornerstone Home Lending because it is a family centered company that has the same visions and values that I believe in. The management team is approachable and easy to work with. I always feel like my opinion is wanted on issues that I work on.

      Cons

      Over my seven years of employment at Cornerstone Home Lending there has never been a negative moment related to the company or management.
