      Simply the best company I have ever worked for. This starts from the core, being the home office in Houston and carries forward to the branch in OKC. I have been in this industry for a very long time and an so proud to be with Cornerstone Home Lending. We have the best of the best here. Very positive environment and they truly take care of their employees. Cornerstone values their employees. They typically promote from within, so there is lots of opportunity to move up.

      If you are not committed to your career and don't have a desire to excel, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      The culture at Cornerstone Home Lending is unlike any I've seen. Management follows the mission/vision/convictions, and team members are expected to do so as well. Team members are team-oriented, and willing to help each other - always. Management is focused on growth and improvement, although they already have an amazing process/experience.

      Cons

      If your values are in-line with CHL, there are no cons that I've seen. You'll need to be adaptable to different paces and changing requirements.

      Pros

      I have been at Cornerstone Home Lending for 8 years now....longer than any job I have ever held. The culture is amazing, and the opportunity to grow and develop has been incredible. I am incredibly thankful that I was given the opportunity to come on board and build my career at Cornerstone.

      Cons

      I can't think of any about Cornerstone. The Mortgage Industry is a little difficult, but Cornerstone handles those difficulties better than any company I know of.
