management is amazing, they care more about the employee's and their needs to be the best in the business and make it clear that everyone's needs and input on how to make the company better is looked at the same, regardless if you're a producer or a janitor. when you become an employee at cornerstone, its not just a job, its a career for as long as you want to be here. it truly feels like being part of one big happy family each and everyday you come to work.
Cons
the only con i can think of is that the competition will recruit you to leave cornerstone more than any other place you have ever worked, since everyone know's that if your employed at cornerstone, your the best at what you do.
