      Pros

      At Cornerstone Home Lending I am put in a position to be successful and accomplish both my personal and career goals. It's a blessing to work for a company that values honesty, integrity and cares for their employees. Not to mention the support and professionalism of the people I work with. The operations staff does such an amazing job that I can focus on selling! It's a place where lifelong connections, both personal and professional are formed.

      Cons

      The mortgage industry is full of volatility, so being able to plan for the next 12 months can be a bit of a a challenge.

      The leadership here says that "we exist to use and improve upon our God-given talents to make a positive difference to the lives of our employees, customers, shareholders and the people who provide services to us." And they absolutely practice what they preach. The culture and the people here are truly committed to delivering excellence in everything they do. The support of Operations, Marketing and IT is outstanding. For Loan Officers, it's refreshing to be at a company that delivers on the promise of on-time closings, every time. Simply a wonderful company!

      Pros

      Commitment to customer service is good. Workers really try hard to meet the consumer's expectations. Hard working organization.

      Cons

      Mission statement, just fancy words on a piece of paper. Owners in it for their millions, don't expect much from them.
