      Cornerstone is a great environment to work in and the culture aligns with my lifestyle. I also enjoy that it is a remote position.

      Cons

      Although I like working from home, it can feel like I am secluded from the company, and I don't get to know very many people outside of my team.

      Cornerstone's ability to provide the atmosphere, training & resources to excel in my position while encouraging optimal work-life balance are how I know I landed in the best company to call home.

      There will be cons in every company. Finding the company that truly cares enough to listen and improve based on the input of their employees is key. Cornerstone is that company.

      While other mortgage companies are floundering with no direction, Cornerstone is excelling with the acquisition of a bank, unique portfolio loan products, the highest money market savings rates in the country, in-house loan servicing, and now homeowner insurance, giving our Loan Originators more connections with their customers and referral partners. The future is very bright and exciting! So happy to be with a proactive, growing company!

      Cons

      Personally, I’d like to see all work-from-home team members come back full-time to our offices, so we have more daily interaction.
