Pros

Flexible schedules. Work atmosphere is positive. We have two offices in CO, TX but also have remote employees. As a whole, majority of the people truly care and show up to work giving it their all day in and day out. There are challenges with how fast we’re growing and all that goes with loan servicing. For the most part, our teams work together for the betterment of the mission.

Cons

In servicing, we continue to hear our leadership preach about what a wonderful job we are doing, how we are meeting company goals, standards, and playing a part in the success. Our town hall yesterday was all the positive news and how much growth there was in 2024, they even addressed upcoming annual reviews. The problem, they will not increase pay through annual increases, last year if you got anything it was 1.5%. The companies compensation for servicing is below market average, increases are non existent, they’ll tell you to take on more work but not adjust your pay accordingly. To hold a town hall discussion talking about a year of excellence knowing that your leader sure is getting paid as a result of those goals being met and excellent servicing growth but you will not, burns. We have great people working here, who are severely underpaid and giving it their all but every year are met with we’d like to increase your pay but we just can’t here’s 1.5% your lucky to get that. Guaranteed it will be the same story in 2025 and they’ll lose a lot of great people.
