Pay. A lot of clients were already assigned to caregivers so there weren’t a lot of options available to work.

Impressive onboarding, openly Christian culture, decent benefits, young vibrant and talented corporate vibe.

Cons

High turnover in operating directors due to immense pressure to hit numbers after initial honeymoon period. Can be cut throat environment and heavy work load in terms of travel and operating directors you are expected to manage. If you challenge management or push back or in any way - expect to be fired.
