Pros

Leadership is staying on top of the chaos in DC and giving us regular updates. We got raises in January! HR department encourages self care and wellness. Great vacation days and you are encouraged to use your leave. Support of LGBTQIA staff and clients.

Cons

Haven't gotten annual raises the last couple of years. Staff turnover is better but still a challenge for some programs. Clients aging in place have no place to go and resources are limited to help them.
