Pros

There are lots of young professionals with a lot of passion for the work they do. It's a fun environment to work in if you can handle things changing on a constant basis. Every day is different, and it can be very rewarding as well. The company seems to be headed in the right direction after what seemed to be a stressful merger. Great benefits to counter-balance low pay.

Cons

The base pay is so low that direct service staff qualify to receive food from the same food banks we take our clients to. So maybe that's a 'Pro'...?
