Pros

Great benefits including plenty of Paid Time Off. The agency is thorough in training employees. Supervisors are involved and helpful to staff they oversee.

Cons

The salary is not a practical living wage. The agency has high turnover. Not much room for advancement.

Pros

Clinical experience without a Master's Degree Opportunities for growth Great mission Flexible schedule

Cons

Salary is poor. Entry level folks are eligible for some of the low income resources that they refer clients to, such as a donation from a food back. The workload is excessive and not commensurate with pay.
