I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and I'm personally a huge fan of helping our leaders connect with employees. Have you had an opportunity to attend a recent Ask Me Anything (AMA) held by your executive leader or share with your manager that you would like to hold a skip level meeting with your indirect leader? I recommend taking advantage of these opportunities whenever you can. - Carina Cortez

Pros

Great peers Solid products Unlimited PTO Phenomenal Customers

Cons

Salaries are lagging - Legacy employees even further after recent changes. The best peers are leaving. Removed long standing benefits without any grandfathering. Removed expense reimbursement. Removed stock options and bonuses without a replacement. Equity seems to mean treat all global employees the same - which may be nice in India, but pretty much terrible everywhere else. Work life balance in the toilet. Product becoming too large and too disjointed to make sense or believe in any direction. Tightening the belt while revenue rises - stinks of falsehoods. CEO is condescending and does not care - very much has a "deal with it, it's a different world now" attitude. Fail to do what we say we will do time and time again. You have to buy all office equipment, and not get reimbursed. Travel is on your expense, with a reimbursement a month later (if qualified).

Thank you for sharing both positive and constructive feedback – I truly appreciate it. Many of your points align with feedback we heard through our engagement survey earlier this year and we have intentionally taken extra steps to ensure “the why” behind decisions are shared moving forward. We are growing as a company, and in general, what has worked well for Cornerstone in the past does not necessarily mean it will work well for our future. I’m proud that our programs are now more consistent with industry practice, and that includes harmonizing all employees under one employee expense reimbursement policy that provides reimbursement where legally and contractually required. If you’d like to discuss additional opportunities with me, I’m happy to do so. – Carina Cortez
