Pros

1. Work life balance is okay. 2. Timely payment is good.

Cons

1. Frequent layoffs with out any reason. 2. No proper management in the decisions. 3. No salary hikes 4. No promotions 5. Full payment of bonuses is also doubt many times. 6. Don't know why they acquired so many companies and firing all the people in the name of cost cutting. And killed the products of acquired companies without proper planning.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for being candid about your experience – this isn’t the experience we aim for. While we do our best to communicate product roadmap decisions with clarity, we understand that we can always do better in clarifying how these decisions align to our long-term growth strategy. We value the contributions of all team members and product lines past and present as they’ve built the Cornerstone we are today. Pros

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with my coworkers and with leadership across the management and VP levels. The vision for the product—along with the recent acquisitions—is truly top-notch even if the execution doesn't seamlessly fall into place.

Cons

Chaos. In my five years here, I've never received a comp plan before May. It gets later every year — last year, it didn’t arrive until July. I kept hoping the process would improve, but it hasn’t. This year, we received only 70% of our commission from January through July. Several people didn’t receive any commission from August through October. That leaves only November and December with what are presumably accurate paychecks. What’s worse, the sales reps I know who took the time to track their commission and push for corrections were laid off. One could argue they spent so much time fixing their pay that it detracted from their ability to sell.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand that delays in compensation plans and inconsistencies in commission payments can create frustration and impact trust, especially for those working hard to deliver results – the good news is, we are hard at work with cross-functional teams remedying these inconsistencies for 2026 and beyond. We have been making leadership changes and putting stronger systems and processes in place to ensure pay transparency and accuracy going forward, including moving to new tools that will give every seller real-time visibility into their earnings, so you don’t have to wait until payday to know where things stand. Reach out to the commissions team at commissions@csod.com or to me directly; you deserve clarity and confidence in your pay, and we are committed to fixing this and restoring trust. -- Carina Cortez
