Pros

HQ employees are fed all day with several engaging events and a beautiful office There are several remote opportunities available Good pay, amazing benefits Adam and the executive team are very intellectual Still plenty of growth opportunities in our talent management space

Cons

We are working on balancing system stability with innovation Initially disappointed about the talent team considering we are counting ourselves as leaders in the space however it has improved over the last year

Cornerstone has invested in its Talent team by increase the department by 300% year over year. We have greatly increased the amount of programs offered to our employees in the past year including; Development Days, Women in Network Groups, Community Sponsorship Programs, Wellness initiatives, and expanding our efforts in building our Business Partner relationships. CSOD will continue to review opportunities to invest in our Cornerstars through the Talent team or other relevant opportunities.

Incredible support and development structure Feel that they go the extra mile to engage me so I give the extra effort back Understand and embrace the virtual work environment Competitive pay and benefits for my level of career seniority and success Stock options and feeling like my efforts directly affect the bottom line

Must be able to ramp up quickly and be able to self develop Creative tension is a key for success - if can't handle, don't apply

Pros

Co-workers are smart, work environment is cool, food is plentiful

Cons

Low entry level pay and this is mainly it. However, this makes it difficult to stay when there are other, higher paying positions out there but one stays for the experience.
