Pros

People really take an interest in how your grow as a person, not just as an employee with "skills". They have free food, breakfast, lunch on Fridays. This year I partipated in an internal summit on just Professional Development and Career Opportunities.

Cons

Located in Santa Monica, but passing up other jobs on the way is worth it.

Pros

Work Hard/Play Hard mentatllity throughout the company. Always busy, always moving. Always being challenged. And very social and fun at the same time. As a new employee (under a year), I am completely satisfied with my decision to leave my last company and very proud to have been accepted onto the CSOD team. I take pride in telling people where I work.

Cons

If you work from home, you often feel left out of the all the fun that they have at headquarters.
