Lack of clear management in most departments Lack of communication within and between departments No real focus on internal employee improvement or review Because of rapid company growth there's a lack of internal structure and governing policies Hours can be long and demanding without clear expectations Not enough employees for the amount of work Employees feel that to keep their jobs they have to attend all the social events

This may be hard to believe, there aren't cons to working with Cornerstone. This company just really gets it right!
