1) Fast growing company with lots of opportunities to learn. So if you are willing to put in more hours, submit your resume! 2) Fun co-workers - majority in late 20s. Smart. Eager to learn. Work hard. 3) Free breakfast + Free Friday lunch 4) Average hour = 10 hours / day

Cons

1) Must put in more hours to meet comparatively high expectation 2) To move up, have to show ownership and real growth 3) There is no "standard 8 hours"
