Pros

Good tech culture, value to employees who work, smart people, open minded, not for people who do not like to work or contribute.

Cons

401k contribution is vested after 4/5 years.

Pros

Cornerstone has rapidly been growing in the past 2 years I've been at the company. I have worked with some really smart and motivating people which has made me more motivated to come to work every day. When I was looking for a change in jobs I was able to move within the company. I always know if there is a problem there is someone willing to listen and figure out a solution. Cornerstone also has a lot of company events and team building activities that give it a fun start up vibe with the security of a globally successful corporation.

Cons

Some departments feel understaffed and overworked. A lot of growing pains still exist within the company and because of that high potential employees who are less verbal or seen less by upper management move on.

Pros

The atmosphere of Cornerstone is off-the-charts. Casual and friendly, but distinctly motivated, you would be hard-pressed to find another company with more infectious enthusiasm. Employees are encouraged to cultivate their interests and strengths, both in their actual job function as well as their lives beyond the bounds of their inbox. At this company, you will drink the koolaid and immediately ask for another glass – it’s a special kind of place.

Cons

The company is expanding quite rapidly, which does make it more difficult to get to know many of those outside of your immediate department. Though the company does a good job of trying to mitigate this, it’s an inevitability of expansion that some of its more communal feeling will be lost to growth.
