      Pros

      Cornerstone has a challenging work environment - You will never be bored and you will always be busy. Health benefits are paid for employees, which is a nice perk. The company is growing so there are opportunities to move to other positions.

      Cons

      A similar aspect with most Growing and Competitive Organizations … Work life balance is certainly a challenge. Though working remote has its benefits, you don’t have the same level of camaraderie as you would if you worked in an office.
