CEO really cares about staff, hospitality focused, reasonable benefits

Company doesn’t know it’s path or what it wants from the restaurants or corporate team. Lots of leadership changes that continue to change the direction but never for long and poor communication.
I loved working at CRG! I was only there for a short time, but the people were great! The office is small so it is easy to know everyone! If you happen to be full-time, you get to eat for free at all of their restaurants!
Cons
The organization is clearly in transition. Not such a bad thing just a little tumultuous right now .
