      Great starting point for freshers, but low bonuses

      Pros

      It is one of the best places for freshers to start their careers and learn new skills. The work environment is supportive, and the managers are always willing to help and guide employees. There is no unnecessary work pressure, allowing you to learn and grow at your own pace. If you perform your responsibilities well, your hard work is recognized and appreciated. Overall, it is an excellent organization for freshers to gain valuable experience and build a strong foundation for their careers.

      Cons

      From my perspective, the only drawback is that the annual bonus is quite low. Sometimes, it feels like employees' hard work and contributions throughout the year are not fully considered during the appraisal process.
