      Pros

      Very nice co-workers. Supportive and caring. Since pretty much anyone can do the work, it is easy to get hired. Eagerness to learn and grow will be rewarded. Lots of people have been with the company for many years.

      Cons

      Although turnover may be high, your success and advancement depend on your persistence and determination. Most of the staff may not necessarily want to advance to lead roles.
