Pros

Congenial, pro-family, and can-do culture. Very good place for individual performers with high ambition. If sales isn't your cup of tea, there are - or have been - needs for accounting, truck driving, warehouse, warehouse operations, and transportation accounting, and fleet maintenance professionals, or would-be professionals. Owners are very great and positive people.

Cons

Just the familiar tensions and stresses of departmental turf squabbles, and the reality of emails and info coming from other west coast branches that don't apply to what you do. A socially conservative industry and environment ....It may not feel 'progressive' enough for some. Many employees have logged 20+ years with the firm and Corovan boasts not 1 missed payday, and no mass layoffs - ever. Upper management team is usually accessible, as is HR executive.
