There really aren't any pros. Please read other reviews on other sites. The place is very disorganized, you will be micromanaged by the Accounting Director/Manager. Tasks are unfairly distributed, and they will hire anyone willing to take a job. No degree required, and you don't even really need to be an accountant.

Cons

It's hard to take advice from ratings but do yourself a favor and don't work here. If you are a professional accountant - look toward corporate - these smaller companies are strictly lower-level bookkeeping tasks. Co-workers and managers alike are extremely unhappy in their positions and make everyone else miserable.
