Work from home, can move up in same department, LinkedIn learning , diversity platforms to lean about, health and counseling programs.

Cons

Low pay, unprofessional people, hostile environment, not very many black people in upper management, no bonuses, receive a raise every other year, inadequate communication, can’t carry over vacation and salaries aren’t competitive
