It is always good to hear that our sales employees are rewarded well and recognised for their work efforts. We have been working hard on how we share career opportunities and promote from within so this is particularly pleasing that you have recognised this. Of course, the role of sales is very activity, KPI and target driven and we are very focussed in providing training through various medians. The data quality is also a focus as part of the Sales Transformation programme and we are pleased with the progress we have made and will continue to make in this area.
