      Pros

      The management team is very open-minded and truly cares about the people in the company. They listen to and value your opinions even if you're just a junior employee. They are also very transparent about things. Co-workers are great - kind, friendly, and smart, I genuinely enjoy going to work every day. It's also great that the company has been growing fast in the recent years, and it's well expected because the management has a growth mindset and strikes for a better way to do business. Good benefits too.
