One of the many ways that FLEETCOR responded to the COVID19 pandemic was to implement an enhanced sick policy to accommodate any and all COVID19 related absences.       Benefits is the only pro.

      Cons

      The work expectations do not equal the pay. Rarely give raises when they do they are under 25 cents. When the company acquires multiple companies and fails to compensate employees, this sends a loud and clear message to your employees that they do not matter. The turn over rate is horrible but it doesn’t matter to upper management. I don’t feel valued as an employee at all. Also favoritism is an issue as well. The minute I can find a different job I will be gone.

      Overcomplicated structure

      Pros

      It's a pleasure to work here and be part of a team. I especially like the new office in Moscow.

      Cons

      Difficulty with many tasks due to the large number of people who are involved in the process. These persons are located throughout Europe, which further complicates the whole process.
