Decent benefits, fair pay and opportunity for growth.
Cons
Sometimes the one size fits all approach discourages entrepreneurship. PTO is "okay", at best. Employees are not allowed to take time without pay or buy additional days off. This rigid approach means employees will work when sick rather than taking care of themselves. Also the Fleetcor value of "do more with less", has the unintended consequence of overworking certain people or teams.
