Training was probably a total of 30 hours spread across 4 weeks, then being told "we are going to let you shadow a project" but the person you are shadowing has already done the work so you really are just joining the weekly status calls with the client. The next week you have your own projects to handle because key individuals have taken other positions with another company. Lots of hiring going on now but even the newly hired individuals in different departments feel they have not been properly trained before being thrown out there in front of clients. The workload is not balanced.

Support as a department is not treated as an equal, all other departments used support with no praise.
