Pros

Recently acquired by JLL, relaxed atmosphere, pretty laid back and allow you to do what you want.

Cons

Management isn't great. Pretty disorganized from what I see. Might be changing now though.

Pros

Salaried, PTO and holidays. Not really a great place to work, not entirely terrible though. Very deceiving at times.

Cons

Low salary, BS birthday lunches used as group meetings. Very unprofessional. High school atmosphere with people shouting personal matters across the office.No bonus or additional compensation structure. Management says lower end workers will be rewarded when successfully completing tasks, which comes in the form of a birthday lunch.
