Cons

Lacks integrity. Empty promises. Only care about numbers not the people who make those numbers possible. You can bank your pto but they always seem to be unable to approve time off.

Contract coding, they have unreasonable production quotas. The hospitals usually only require 5 cases an hour but they want 7.

It’s totally remote, not hybrid or telecommute

Cons

Benefits are so so. Can never accrue enough PTO unless you have been there a while. Getting time off is an issue. No advancement opportunities
