Everything is a pro! Cortland truly cares about it's residents and associates which makes for a great culture altogether. The leadership is strategic and forward thinking. Associates are in an environment that encourages growth. Unique ideas and solutions are always welcomed here. I could go on and on!

It's been a fun and challenging journey in my time here and I feel we are still at the infancy of creating the Cortland legacy. We are in the business of people and we feel it all starts with providing our associates the tools, resources and training they need to be the best versions of themselves every day.

Cons

I think we have and will continue to experience the growing pains that any company encounters when there is exponential growth but I feel we have the right leadership and associates in place to make sure we don't lose focus on the bigger picture and what has gotten us to where we are today...family.
