Pros

Cortland is very entrepreneurial and flexible with their employee positions. It is great to come into a company that does not put you in a box, they allow and embrace differences between their employees. Collaboration and teamwork is greatly encouraged and freedom is a very strong quality of the company.

Cons

Sometimes it seems over ambitious and does not take proper time to weigh and measure pros and cons to successfully implement things.

Pros

Great team in my region and made some great and lasting friendships.

Cons

There are a lot of people showing their true colors for new positionsas the company grows. Pay not adequate for the job, no home/work life balance and my immediate manager was hard to work with. We were always reactive to most situations and everything was last minute.
