Just a job that hardly pays the bills.

Ocala office manager is terrible, they don't pay overtime and want to have you work for free at your own expenses, I have never work for such a terrible company.If they get rid of the office manager and may be they can improve. All promised is all lies. Do not work for this company.

I couldn't have better things to say about Steven DeFrancis. He truly is such an amazing person and his company's culture reflects that. We are a family here because of his heart and his character. I love my position and am blessed to be where I am. I couldn't ask to be a part of a better company. I'd recommend working for this company to anyone who wants great benefits, compensation, a family work-environment and to be a part of changing lives.

Our VP, Human Resources joined Cortland Partners a few months ago, and will be adding 2 new members to her Generalist team soon.
