The Cortland culture is continuously evolving; however, one phrase remains constant: “Work hard, play hard.” I enjoy working at Cortland because it challenges me every day. I have been working for Cortland almost five years, and I have yet to have consecutive days that are the same. The pace is rapid, the changes are frequent, and it is not always easy. Nonetheless, I am proud to say that I helped this organization grow into the industry powerhouse it is today. I take great pride in working for Cortland and I have profound respect for our CEO. He is very personable and transparent with his associates. Cortland has granted me the opportunity to achieve goals that would normally take someone many years to accomplish. I am grateful to work for an organization that not only celebrates its accomplishments, but also celebrates its associates. I truly enjoy living the #CortlandLife.

Pros

The management truly cares about your personal growth and aspirations. Very accommodating to other things you have going on in your life, while also motivating you to do your best in the office. Everyone is very, very friendly to an almost excessive level

Cons

Certain departments seem to be expected/obligated to stay long and late hours, but still flexible about what times you come in
