Pros

Pay is slightly higher than other property management companies but be careful, they pick and choose who is "worth" paying higher salaries/hourly to, even if you have the same title and property size to manage.

Cons

If you are ANYTHING but White or Hispanic White be prepared to get lowballed in pay and treated poorly. We used Onesite which is a horrible, slow system that is very outdated and causes issues/glitches. There is a (high-school like) hierarchy within the South Florida work-sphere where people will bully you and start drama within the work community. They also FORCE bonding activities in Orlando and Palm Beach County for Managers, Service Tech, and REMS, which leads to sharing hotel rooms and drama. I personally was also forced to do volunteer service, which I would love to do at another time, but it was forced on me at a time I already had a deadline for the workload I was burdened with. I found out someone who worked at a smaller property than me and had more help was getting paid $10 an hour more than me, I don't know about you, but that's pretty significant and unfair.

Pros

I can’t think of any

Cons

I’ll make this brief, as it could be very lengthy! Management. Horrendous. HR. No one will get back to you if you have an issue. They are more concerned about protecting their mangers that make them money but treat their employees horribly.
