Stay away. Save yourself. Don't apply, don't interview and stay away. 💯 unless you are a fan of bullying, lying, and unprofessional behaviour. A real lack of support and no actual training whatsoever. Learn as you go, which if you are a proactive person can be OK. Very disappointing 😞

Cons

Same as above. No training, no integrity, dishonesty to employees and residents, unrealistic, professionally immature with a lack of respect.
