Team members taken to work at other sister properties and always creating a deficit for the onsite team. This created stress when needing to tend to their own property needs.

They have good training programs.

Cons

Some of the mangers are racist. They only advance/promote or help you succeed if they like you or they feel like you fit in. Managers gossip about employees to other workers and managers. Even if you report it to HR nothing will happen or change..Especially if your a person of color.
