Hello, We sincerely regret to hear that you had this experience when working at a Cortland community. We have worked hard to create an award-winning talent development program unlike anything else in the industry, so it is disappointing to hear that your training fell short. If you would like to discuss your particular experience, we are always looking for ways to improve and would greatly appreciate hearing from you. Pros

Great Pay Positive People Good Progression opportunities

Cons

Have to fight for your pay increase as they may lowball you first Seems quite disorganized at times, things are decided by upper management but then there is no follow through or ownership and then is forgotten about after some time only to be brought up again in the future.
