      Pros

      Very talented and motivated engineers, interesting work in the aerospace industry, great company culture, enjoyable to work with everyone, good benefits, new manufacturing building is a great asset, access to the lake is fun on the weekends.

      Cons

      Company is big enough now that it would probably benefit from a more traditional organizational structure. It is headed in that direction though.

      Pros

      - Starting here as a fresh college grad Corvid provided me with a great atmosphere to grow and learn. The IT/HPC team is full of wonderful people that are more than willing to teach, lend a hand or even grab a drink after work. -There is also the ability to get involved with other departments in the office if your interested. - Outside of the job, Corvid provides a pretty sweet setup at the office to hangout by the lake after work along with several social events hosted at the office to meet co-workers.

      Cons

      - The lack of structure at the company could be seen as a pitfall for some. - Prepare to take on several different responsibilities. - Occasionally need to work off hours.
