      Challenging Problems Mostly good people to work with/for Interesting problems and novel solutions Some collaboration internally out of department Good pay and benefits Generally hands off management style

      Travel can be long at times Vague guidelines and directions for some projects Growing too fast Make a certain person upset and it's over for you, watch and learn Predilection for talent from certain schools only
