-upper management is useless. Bringing any issue to their attention never gets anywhere.
-I was sick and needed a covid test and was written up for missing work(and there’s nothing I can do about it because upper management is useless)
-whenever the store needs maintenance(ie fixing windows from break ins, broken lights, flea infestations, you name it) upper management does not let store employees call to get them fixed because “the company can’t afford it”(or so we are told)
-completely unrealistic expectations for private label credit card(PLCC) sign ups
-I have worked at 2 different locations over a span of 3 years and have never seen a fully stocked store
