Store location, store size, training materials, helpful coworkers, business hours, work schedule, original store manager (Maria), discounts/monthly freebies, on-the-job product knowledge training

Cons

New store manager, planogram sets (planos set weeks before product actually arrived, didn't always match plano in the iPad, a little difficult to maneuver in iPad/hard to see printed out), replenishment from DC- would go weeks without needed product and/or be way overstocked in other product that wasn't selling
