      My Customers were the best part of my job. Good discount

      Cons

      Terrible upper management, they expect you to work 5 hours a week, months on end, with no help. Expect you to hire unlicensed people with no experience. To work in a professional supplier. Ridiculous!! 7 years and they treated me horrible. I wouldn't advise anyone to work for this company. Upper management is totally unprofessional!

      Pros

      I actually really love doing this job. I built a great team that feels like family so it will be difficult to leave. I love our customers so much too they really do bring me joy. I also enjoy hitting goals and milestones for the company.

      Cons

      We recently got a new DM who is lackluster. I wanted to be considered for the role but never got the opportunity since they just rearranged territories which is a huge bummer for me because I could have made such a positive difference. Also as everyone else stated, pay is not great but I could have held on if I had more support from upper management and was able to grow.

      great hours, not overworked or expected to bring work home, small team so we all get along & work with each other’s schedules, great benefits even for part time employees, store discount along with product samples provided by the store or brands themselves

      Cons

      as a recent employee no troubles so far, the only issue I had is management changed right as I was hired which was quite added a bit of stress onto everyone but it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be managed. New management is great, fantastic with instruction & making sure what needs to be done is done.
