Hours of operation for stores.

Cons

Payroll model is awful. Low wages, lack of Assistants managers and full time positions. Implemented position reduction at the first of the year. Bonus, once you make a small one they raise quotas so you can not make another. Credit card sales Expectations. The senior management are self absorbed and greedy. They do not recognize thier store personnel are the reason they have a livelihood. It's all about themselves. They don't stick the stores. It's like the banking industry with credit card Expectations and wanting to teach customers other ways to shop to reduce overhead.

Great team, other stores in area really helpful and we all work together.

Cons

Stock issues meaning we are often out of things and have to explain to customers, rude customers. Pressure from higher up to sell credit cards, they frequently make decisions that make our jobs harder without having an clear upside to them.
