Extraordinarily LOW pay. It is not based on the current cost of living. The raises are under a dollar. 0.36 cents Upper management is misguided on what help looks like. The company Fakes improvement to keep associates and managers happy, but the improvement does not help with the job.

The workload doesn't match the pay. Upper management has unrealistic expectations and shows favoritism within the company. It's hard to retain employees due to the pay and management practices. Another major issue is that you can't work overtime; if you do, you will get fired, no matter what. You may accumulate 30 extra hours, but you won't be able to use them, or else you will face termination. Every week, you have to trim your hours, or you risk losing your job.
